Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.
4. Courier Services
We reserve the right to select the courier service that best suits the delivery location.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, HitaScarf is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
HitaScarf will not be responsible for:

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:
