At HitaScarf, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Wrong item sent

Wrong colour or size sent

Major manufacturing defect
Requests must be made within 3 days from the date of parcel received.
To request a return, please provide:

Clear photos/videos as proof

Description of the issue
Items must be:

Unworn
-
Unwashed
-
In original condition

With original tag and packaging
2. Minor Defects Policy
Minor imperfections are not considered manufacturing defects.
This includes but is not limited to:

Loose threads / slightly uneven stitching
-
Minor measurement differences (1–3cm)

Slight colour variation due to lighting or screen display

Wrinkles from packaging
These do not qualify for return or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect selection of colour or size

Items purchased during sale, promotion, clearance or bundle deals
Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refund will be processed within 7–14 working days

Refund will be issued via original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
5. Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we will bear the shipping cost.
For any other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
