Refund policy

At HitaScarf, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Wrong colour or size sent

  • Major manufacturing defect

Requests must be made within 3 days from the date of parcel received.

To request a return, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos as proof

  • Description of the issue

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With original tag and packaging


2. Minor Defects Policy

Minor imperfections are not considered manufacturing defects.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Loose threads / slightly uneven stitching

  • Minor measurement differences (1–3cm)

  • Slight colour variation due to lighting or screen display

  • Wrinkles from packaging

These do not qualify for return or refund.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection of colour or size

  • Items purchased during sale, promotion, clearance or bundle deals

Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–14 working days

  • Refund will be issued via original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.


5. Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we will bear the shipping cost.

For any other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
